Story
17-year-old Kyle arrives in the big city seeking her half-sister Merci, who's gone on the run after being used as bait to set up a murder. Both the police and the killers want Merci, so Kyle must navigate the dangerous streets alone until she encounters renegade cop Sgt. Teffler, who takes her under his wing.
