Candace June "Candy" Clark (born June 20, 1947) is an American actress and model. She is well known for her roles as Debbie Dunham in the 1973 film American Graffiti, for which she received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, and Mary Lou in the 1976 film The Man Who Fell to Earth.

Story
Thomas Jerome Newton, an alien from a dying planet, arrives on Earth in search of water to save his home world. He uses his advanced knowledge to create profitable inventions with the help of lawyer Oliver Farnsworth. During this time, Thomas meets Mary-Lou, a hotel clerk, and begins to fall in love with her.
