Full Biography

"Shamika Cotton, occasionally known by Shakima Cotton, hails from Cincinnati, Ohio. After attending a performing arts school, she secured notable theater roles and earned a Drama Desk Award nomination. Her career took off after being selected for soapNet's reality TV series 'I Wanna Be a Soap Star', where her success led to finalist status and a judging role. This opportunity paved the way for her part in the drama series 'As the World Turns'. She has since appeared in prominent shows such as 'The Wire', 'Law & Order', 'Forever', 'The Equalizer', among others. Versatile in theater, film, and television, Shamika also hosts her own podcast. In 'Frank the Bastard', she portrayed Isolda in a sensual role that paled in comparison to her nude debut in 'P-Valley'. In one scene, she boldly revealed her ample assets while approaching a man, and later engaged in an explicit threesome with a co-star."
