Justina Vail Evans is a British actress, life coach, author and hypnotherapist. She was born in Malaysia in 1963 to British parents. With her mother, an artist, and her father, a civil engineer, she moved to Hong Kong when she was nine years old and then to England. Inspired by her mother, she initially wanted to become a painter, but while living in Hong Kong, she auditioned for a small role with a European company. To her surprise, she got the part and pursued a career as an actress. She is married to Jeff Evans, a resident physician, and lives in California.
