Full Biography
Jutta Lampe played Juliane Witzig, one of the two sisters at the heart of 'Die bleierne Zeit' (1981), a German film that explores themes of societal change and radical politics. Her character, Juliane, is committed to social reform through journalism, while her sister Marianne joins an extremist group. Despite their differing views, Juliane remains loyal to Marianne, even after she is imprisoned. Throughout the film, Juliane questions the justice system's treatment of her sister.
