Foxy Lae is an American actress and performer of Latina descent. She rose to cult fame during the 1970s, primarily known for her role as Pocahontas in the 1976 exploitation film Up! (also released as Russ Meyer's Up!), directed by the legendary filmmaker Russ Meyer.
Before and during her brief cinematic career, she was a prominent exotic dancer and burlesque performer. Her stage career saw her as a featured dancer at high-profile venues such as the Palomino Club in North Las Vegas and the Broadway Burlesque in New York City. Despite her memorable screen presence, Up! remains her only major film credit, and she largely withdrew from the public eye following the 1970s.
